Sadly we order a meal for New Years eve.collection. To be blunt. It was 'Terrible@. We have supported the pub each Sunday ordering Five meals each Sunday. However the meal, tonight was a DISGRACE. The chips were uncooked and sodden with oil. The Gammon was fatty, uncooked. The Beefburger was SOLID. Not Good enough for an establishment that has had so much invested.

Been this evening and what an amazing village pub, the food is exceptional, especially the black pudding fritters from the specials board. Stephen and Leon couldn't do enough for us! Amazing customer services! I can't recommend this little gem of a pub more highly. I will definitely be returning

Pub is beautifully presented, really nicely finished. My food was lovely, had the butter chicken curry - some other members of my party weren't too keen on their food though. The service was good for our table, but for other tables appeared to be a bit hit and miss - staff were nice though. The drinks were a bit pricey which let it down a bit.

Had a poor experience first time we went for a meal at the pub however, this was some time ago. We decided to give it another go and we were pleased to say there was a real difference. Good service and excellent food. Really helpful staff.

Went for lunch today with my 5 year old. Ordered off the mains menu. Good value, generous sized portions and presented well.

Went here to have lunchtime meal a few pints and watch football on Saturday afternoon. After being informed a few days earlier on social media it was dog friendly. Arrived to discover I would only be able to sit and eat in a corner behind pool table!! Good job it was empty otherwise there is No Room to take your dog and eat a meal. So if your looking for a Dog Friendly pub Dont go here

Had lovely Sunday roast before lockdown. Plenty of space and good adherence to Covid safety measures. Would definitely recommend

The food tastes like I am eating the table. Everything is smocked and it ruins the salad.
