I had to give 1 star to leave a reviews, I actually want to give it none. I have a repeat monthly prescription of medical products. Every month I have to ring and check they have ordered the products and check it is going to be delivered. This morning I rang and checked it would be delivered today & was promised it would. At 4pm is was contacted & was told the driver hasn't had time to deliver it & had finished for the day. The staff have no sense of what they are dealing with. This is medication that people need, not a piece of furniture or clothing. There are management systems, no customer service. This chemist is an absolute disgrace.

This pharmacy has reduced its hours and we have decided to stop having our prescriptions sent there. They have always shut for an hour at lunchtime, but more recently have started closing at 6pm instead of 6.30pm and my main gripe is the fact that they don't open at all on Saturdays. Most of the staff are friendly although I have experienced some of the issues complained about in previous reviews.

Poor pharmacy, prescription sent through by district nurse for my terminally Ill wife. Phoned at 3pm the following day. I was told it needing ordering. I asked if it would be in the following day, was told don't know till i place the order. Why they didn't order the drugs when they received the prescription God only knows. If I hadn't phoned then what?. Honestly been in here quite a bit lately, and the amount if times I heard we got the prescription late excuse with other customers is eye watering. Other thing to be aware of is the opening times, the actual pharmacist should try getting there for this time. Shop open with no pharmacist no drugs for customers.

Seems ridiculous to me that a chemist should be closed all day Saturday. Not a satisfactory service at all for todays modern age. Needs to be open for more hours.

Have been in on numerous occasions usually served by blond women who enjoys ignoring customers. Prefers to spend her time chatting to other staff in the back or to reps about her child's school. My husband stood for over 30 minutes only to be told medication not in stock. It was only a cream for rheumatism in hands. Should be sacked appealing attitude towards customers
