Great customer service. Ordered fuel via BoilerJuice and thought the standard 2 week delivery would be fine however after a bout of cold weather had used more than anticipated and the tank nearly empty. Gave Compass a call and they delivered it a week early! Really helpful and understanding company. Great. Definitely use again.

Stepped in last minute when badly let down by another provider. Excellent customer service. Driver was helpful, polite, efficient and well informed. Went over and above what they needed to do. Highly recommended. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Terrible service, gave no communication when they were delivering our fuel oil and when questioned when to expect the delivery was told they had already attempted delivery and couldnt because of the size of their vehicle (even though we have had many deliveries previously using a 6 wheeler). During this whole alleged delivery attempt they didnt once try to communicate with us. Instead of rearranging the delivery when questioned on it they threw their toys out the pram and cancelled the order completely leaving us with no heating. Ordered through another company and they managed the delivery totally professionally in the same size 6 wheel vehicle the next day
