I would recommend Nick and the Complete Convey team to anyone without hesitation. Yes I have used them before which is why I went there again. I knew that the legal process of selling a house in the midst of a pandemic would be a slightly longer, however, without the tenacity of Nick it would have been much longer than it was, unfortunately our buyers solicitors were what can only be described as useless (and the buyer said the same and has formally complained as she was recommended them by the estate agent) Nick communicated with me regularly, had papers prepared well in advance and always gave me the best advice on how to try and progress with buyer and their legal team. Despite Complete Convey having to do lots more chasing than he would hope the price he quoted remained the same no secret charges for additional chasing emails and calls. Lots of the communication was via email but always a response within a day and when needed there was a call for which I was really grateful. I fully understand why they stick to a field of law for which they are specialist as that is then the special service their customers receive. Thanks Nick we will use you again for sure when needed and continue to recommend you to anyone. Shame there isn't a 6th star

An absolutely amazing experience. Amanda looked after us from start to finish. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about solicitors taking a long time to get things organised but that doesn’t apply here! Amanda was on the ball from start to finish. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick with our first time buy of our first home. Nick was great and really made things easy and simple to understand especially when helping as first time buyers. It can be quite stressful and difficult to understand the processes but Nick made sure we were understanding everything from start to finish and kept on our side pushing for the house to go through as quickly as possible.
