Used the click & collect as it sounded good. Easy to navigate online, email came through great to go and collect, however after going through the procedure of alerting staff by social media that I was waiting had to wait 2o minutes before going into the store to ask had I been forgotten as I was informed I was No1 in the queue? Once in the stores was told glitch on the system meant my notification hadn't gone through which is fair enough, however I would have thought as a fail safe someone might check the dedicated bays outside for customers?

Ordered an item click and collect for the following day. Recieved the email to collect the item at 5.55pm, 5 mins before the store closed. Absolutely pointless.

I was looking for a base level laptop. On sale was a very cheap item which fit the bill, 129, wow. Unfortunately it wouldn't switch on so even after 'assistance' it was deemed to be 'knackered' so I couldn't have it, why would I. I moved on and tried to buy something else. Sadly as the laptop I wanted wasn't on display, I couldn't purchase one, I had to order it online, the disinterested staff member told me. Bet if it had been apple I could. Anyway, went to collect my laptop, ordered online, several days later and guess what was on sale, reduced even further, yep, and guess what. It still didn't switch on. I've had probs with the laptop which has come back today, don't know if it works yet. Guess which company I won't be using again. Sad a household name has come to this, it's not even like there's much competition anymore, or maybe that's the reason.

Lots of parking. Good customer service. Social distancing in place( September 2020). I wanted a WiFi extender and found three different varieties. Good selection. Needed a landline phone and found a few varieties. Google stuff was out of stock and available to order for pick up later.

Collecting a printer OK. Tried to use a link in the email to let them know that I was on site, but it didn't work for me. Therefore had to wait a while outside (it was a cold day) about 5 minutes.
