Had a leak in my roof during winter and insurance sent out this firm. Seemed very friendly but made out the whole roof needed replacing. Eventually parted with nearly 1500 of my money, plus the firm got paid from the insurance company. They took away my old lead which had a significant value, asked me to buy a roll of felt, only used 8m and took away the remaining 40 plus metres. Total rip off merchant, gives you all the sweet talk and smiles but is just after the money. My suggestion AVOID!!!!
Just had a new roof completed.absolutely brilliant. Lovely people.genuine. Reasonably priced and very very good job done. Attention to detail was inpeckable. Great company. Would recommend the company to anybody!
In late December 2019 we had a bad leak in our kitchen during a heavy storm. I contacted Mr Lord of CWL Roofing and explained the problem. This was about 6pm in the evening. Mr Lord said he would call next day, Saturday but it would be about 9 am as it didn’t get light properly until then. He arrived at my house at 9am as promised. I was very impressed. He looked at the problem in the kitchen and then went onto the roof to take photographs and temporarily blocked the chimney as that was mainly were the problem was coming from. He said he would send me the photographs and a price for the job. He did this within the hour. We went on holiday for a few days and on our return arranged for Mr Lord to start the job. He and his team arrived at the time he said he would and very quickly got on with the job of removing the chimney and carrying out necessary roofing problems that were shown on the photographs sent to me. The work done was very professional and the area around the house was left in a very clean condition. Mr Lord sent me photographs of the various stages of the work required and the finished job. We were impressed. I can recommend Mr Lord of CWL Roofing as I found him to be very conscientious, punctual (which is very important) and extremely professional.
Fantastic job considering the state of the roof prior to the remedial work. A great guy too, just gets in with it, no dramas at all and highly recommended
