Had several carpets from David Hall ever since we moved house in 2002. Really good quality, lasted very well. Just had new lounge, dining, stairs and landing. Chris is really helpful with choices and ideas. Fitters did a great job, worked hard. Lounge carpet is a perfect match to everything in there. The stripes up the stairs look amazing, edges are perfectly aligned. Better still, all done for a sensible price.

The reason for my low score is: Korloc flooring was installed throughout my property in July 2018. Initially I was very pleased with the end result until, on closer inspection, I found the skirting board and floor intersections to have been left in an unacceptable and unsightly state. During the planning stage I requested Silicone to be used rather than Beading for the skirting board/floor intersections. However, I could not have envisaged such a sub standard finish nor that David Hall Carpets would be happy to leave a customer with such a poor finish on completion of the project. I have asked several times for Beading to be installed to cover the unsightly finish but have now been quoted a further payment of 665 in addition to 5k already paid. I feel very disappointed with the end result and let down by David Hall Carpets. When I chose this company to undertake the project I expected a trouble free experience combined with a high spec finish on completion. I have sent 2 emails to David Hall Carpets highlighting my concerns but, as yet, have not received a response. Sadly I have no other option but to find another company who will be prepared to compete the job to an acceptable standard.
