*AVOID TIHS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS* We decided to use this company for end of tenancy cleans and gave them a large number of properties to clean. A number of properties where not cleaned and had to call the cleaners back several times. When we brought up the fact that the houses where not being cleaned properly they demanded that they was clean, even after going to the house myself,as the houses where not spot checked once. This company constantly over charge us even after agreeing the prices before hand. When we brought this up, they said they would re submit the invoices with the correct charge. We didn't receive the correct invoices till weeks later. (even then, the charged where still wrong) They re-issued the invoices and then threatened legal action the same day! The communication between the cleaners and the office is shocking. We had emailed the manager to cancel a clean ( 2 weeks notice)and the cleaners decided to clean the house anyway and tried to charge us for it. We cancelled this clean due to work being carried out at the property. Ian then stated the cleaners would clean the house again after work has been carried out, we mentioned that it needed to be a deep clean due to the work previously. They only offered a light clean which would not be ideal for the house. Ian then refused the cleaner to go in and is still demanding payment. The service this company offers is appalling and will defiantly not be using them next year and i do not recommend anyone to use them. As direct cleaning are trying to say they cleaned the house in question to a good standard, please see photos of the condition of the house after they had been in and "cleaned" the property.

Excellent service provided by Team DCS. I contacted them in the morning and someone came by the same day to quote. The cleaners came back later to carry out the work! Very polite and professional and all the staff were wearing protective clothing and PPE and sterilised everything in sight. Perfect experience from start to finish. They even locked the offices up so I didn't have to hang around and posted the keys on their way home. A**** smells and looks great!

Amazing customer service and work!! My 3 bed house rental was cleaned by DCS for an end of tenancy clean. Ian and Ann came to view the property, talked me through what needed doing from cleaning to removal and disposal of left over items. Received a very reasonable price through later that day. Within the week my rental has been transformed way beyond my imagination of what I could do or even where to start. The two employees turned up promptly (wearing current guideline ppe) I opened the door, left them to it and received a call when done to check over and lock up. DCS - A credit to yourselves and our current UK situation. Many thanks, I can now try and rehouse my home. Regards John
