Bit of Mitch

I wasn't going to leave a bad review as I was unsure if my experience was an isolated case, but have since heard from many with similar experiences. They are slow. You will not get feedback and marks back within a reasonable time (and certainly not in the time frame promised). The trainers will attempt to blame the situation on a variety of reasons and had Covid as an excuse during my PT qualification. I have since heard they were just as bad beforehand. I also had problems with errors present in my training which may have been a genuine mistake, but was still disheartening to see when you have paid good money for a course. I was overall not satisfied and feel it would be worth choosing a training provider with better customer service that may cost you a little more!

Concerned about the professionalism of this company... called up to enquire about an offer they were running and then got harassed with calls and texts from multiple agents trying to seal the deal. Unfortunately this made me read other reviews and ultimately put me off doing a course with them :\

Completed my Level 3 Diploma (Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 PT) Course with Diverse Trainers and recommend their courses for anyone looking to go down this career path! Friendly people, flexible learning choices (I did mine mostly online with 2 practical weekends in London) and regularly scheduled emails / phonecalls to check you’re doing okay and offer any advice or guidance. Great value for money too, the best priced accredited course I could find!

I’ve done a few courses with diverse and have enjoyed them all. Great to improve your knowledge and gain additional qualifications. I recommend them if you are a current fitness professional or someone trying to get into it.
