My Dad John is a resident at Greenfield Care Home. I cannot fault this Care Home and team highly enough. The whole team are kind, friendly and treat my Dad with complete dignity. They always go over and above the call of duty to improve his quality of life and nursing needs. The standards of cleanliness are exceptional and food choice and quality also of a high standard. Well done to the whole team, and keep up the great work

I am extremely grateful for the excellent care my mum has received since she has lived at Greenfield. I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness, consideration and attention given to her (and the other residents). They do a fantastic job, sometimes under difficult circumstances, and I can't thank them enough because my mum is really happy there. I am always made to feel welcome whenever I visit her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenfield to anyone and I know my mum is being well looked after and that she is in safe hands. Thank you for everything you do, it's much appreciated.
I tried very hard to look after my mother at home. It is part of my culture that family are looked after, and not placed in a care home. Neither me or my siblings were able to meet my mothers needs. I am so greatful to Greenfield Care Home, they are doing what me and my siblings could not, and my mother is happy, safe, and well cared for. A special thanks to the amazing staff for their friendly kind words, as I feel guilty I cannot do what they do....
I was told that this care home is refurbished and has been taken by another company and has new manager, please don't be fooled by this, in one word to explain this is to jump from pan into fire, I went 3 nights to see my mum and all 3 nights I found her covered with urine, it was so bad that the floor was covered with her urine, her stomach, bottom and part of her legs were bleeding, if one find an animal in that situation would report it to RSPCA. please don't consider this care home if you are looking for a good care home for your loved one. I will not recommend this care home for my worse enemy.
My 88 year old Mum has been at Greenfields for over 4 years and we have never seen her happier. Previously she had been agitated and would not settle but now she so contented and well looked after she loves all the staff and finally my sister and I know that she is receiving the best care. Greenfields is clean nicely decorated and very welcoming, The staff are so dedicated and caring, I would highly recommend this nursing home.
