Had to go there today and arrived just as they were locking up for the day, but they greeted me with a smile and the owner actually went above and beyond to help and advise me, first class customer service and knowledge to match. Definitely somewhere I would use and trust again.

The staff are always helpful and if something is not in stock they can usually get it for you next day. Whenever I have ordered something it has always come on time and at a reasonable price (never more than the RRP, sometimes less). They have even ordered some weird and wonderful parts for tools for me without objection. Great store.
