Carrwood Park is a lovely community where the people that live here are friendly. The park is tranquil and set in Woodlands. A great place to retire too and is owned by a great family that do their utmost to care for the park at the requests of the residents. Close enough to Preston city centre but far away enough to be in the woodland.

Carrwood is a great static home park and its very peaceful overlooking some fields that will only ever be pastures for cattle and sheep. Only downside would be for someone who has walking difficulties because the whole park has many very steep slopes. Overall 95% of the homes are well looked after but 5% need some tlc...
