Emma has been absolutely wonderful over the last couple of weeks after I was unexpectedly needed to arrange a funeral in very challenging and difficult circumstances. My dad passed away recently and it was the most difficult thing we have been through as a family. The thought of planning our dads funeral was daunting but we needn't have worried. Luckily we found Emma and we are so glad we decided to use her funeral services. From the moment we walked through the door we knew she was a genuinely caring, compassionate and professional person. This is not just a business to Emma, she truly cares and the difference that made to our family was immense. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact Emma went above and beyond to ensure my dad had a funeral service he would have been proud of. As a family we couldn't have asked for any more. We never had a concern about any aspect of the process. We knew everything was in more than capable hands with Emma. She checked in with us daily to give updates and also just to check to see how we all were, this is how she differs from others. As a family we could not recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to herself and the funeral service. I wish her all the best in the future.

From the moment we stepped into your beautiful premises in Penwortham and met you, we knew you were the person to look after her for us. We really wanted a funeral to reflect her life and personality and you provided that and additionally supported us all from the first to last minute. It must have been so difficult planning and arranging everything with the current restrictions in place but no-one would have ever known as what you arranged was just perfect. Everyone who attended commented what a beautiful funeral it was and the extra touches such as you organising for locally grown flowers including wild flowers when I mentioned mum had been a keen flower arranger in her early years. They were simply stunning. Professional, courteous and most of all caring and friendly from beginning to end, we truly could not have asked for a more fitting tribute for our mum and nana.
