Constantly cancelling and rearranging. Breaking commitments which have put people out. They arranged to collect old furniture. First time we arranged they didn't bother to show up. Second time they turned up with only a short amount of time, no notice to us that they were on the way and a van full of stuff already so no room to collect ours. Arranged a third time but received a phone call today telling me that they are already full on stock so they can't take our stuff when initially I had been told that they had lots of room. Very disappointed, all you get is excuses.

I think the charity has got its hands on the buisness side. I live with other companions who go round to staff telling fabricated stories so they can get further up the ladder. It is helping me gain trust in myself, for others i keep away from them (hippocrites)

Poor quality furniture, some badly stained and over priced. Some like these priced at 100! Won't be going again. Internation Aid has better quality items at more reasonable prices.

I tried to give Emmaus a very good dining room set, the lady I spoke to didn't seem bothered not interested in giving me a date to collect. need to brighten their ideas if they want people to donate.

Social enterprise at its best, the money is cycled back into the charity, worth every penny as part of rebuilding lives and relationships. The furniture varies depending on what is donated.

Arranged on the Monday for a large dining table and six chairs to be collected on Saturday...even gave them my telephone number...waited in all day. No one came and no telephone call.....what a waste of a day!! No one answering any calls at 3pm either. Complete waste of space. Will donate to International Aid or St Caths in future
