My insurance company arranged a hire car for me at the Preston branch on Aqueduct st and from start to finish I was very happy with the service from all the team. Really big thanks to Ryan who talked me through all the information at the start and for Sophie who helped me out over the phone a lot and made sure everything was ok with the service provided. Loved driving the Ford Fiesta Eco, it was such a lovely drive and everything was clean inside and out. Thank you all. :)

the staff at this branch were professional through the whole process, I would especially like to say a big thank you to the management, I over stayed my hire on a luton Van as I was moving house and was delayed by solicitors (one thing and another etc) so was unable to unload the van The management agreed to waiver the additional days hire which was due as the 24hrs (hire) had expired. I want to express my heartfelt thank to you D keats

Volvo arranged me a car whilst my car was in for warranty work. Enterprise couldn't get a car for 24 hours as they said didn't have the right spec. Finally delivered it to me dirty and actually had food left in the boot. Car was fine, I had it for 3 days then dropped it off as instructed at volvo when I collected my own car. 4 weeks later I have received a random letter with a bill for 250 saying there was gouge in the tyre! I called to dispute and I was told there is nothing they can do as one of the many docs I signed when it was dropped off, was apparently a disclaimer to say I would agree to pay any damage. I never damaged any tyres and the car was dropped off in dark so I would have had no chance of noticing any such damage... Certainly will never use them again personally or as a business! Further update on this; I received the owners reply as you can see below, and I was delighted, as I thought someone was obviously taking up my case. I sent an email as instructed, addressed for the attention of Chris. Firstly they had never heard of Chris R, and Secondly they couldn't give a sh1t! They said the Preston Branch would get in touch with me - they never have done till this day! Whenever you call, you just get put through to a central hub, where they are basically robots, and rude ones at that! They talk over you, and don't listen to what you are saying. All they can do is keep threatening you with debt collectors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! CHECK OUT ALL THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS 1ST! So many negative reviews on Trust pilot, and it seems like plenty of people get scammed with this tyre claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
