I ordered a door via Breaker Link and paid for it. Euro Breaker were then meant to send me images before dispatching ( as per Breaker Link system) but they didn't despite me chasing up and insisting on seeing them..and now I can see why; the door was dented, scratched and no better than door it was meant to replace. I called to complain and was told 'we called but couldn't get hold of you' (that's bs)..as has been said these guys are jokers. Avoid.

Excellent service. I got the wrong part due to my description and they swapped it for the correct part no problem. Would use again.

Avoid at all costs. If I'd have had more time I'd have looked and seen the other reviews but didn't and regret that now. Called in nobody at reception. Pressed buzzer and was told somebody will be with me soon. Lots of foreign looking people milling around but nobody to serve me. After nearly 10 mins pressed buzzer again. Ah is nobody there yet he said. Few minutes later a woman comes and I told her what I wanted. 10 mins later she returned with the item and we paid cash. Gets it back to my mechanic and he tested it (starter) and it was working but making a racket. Anyway he cleaned it up and the noise went a little. Point I'm making is they obviously don't test the items themselves which I think is poor. Left the mechanic and got a call a bit later saying it doesn't fit. Despite giving the breakers my car exact spec and model. Upon trying to return the item we were given a credit note, refused us cash back. Like I'd ever get anything from them again.

Wouldn't buy anything from them again, one of the items delivered was broken but they're not interested in replacing the item. Wish I looked at the reviews first.

I provided the Reg.No. & the part required and paid 37:14p by DEBIT CARD. The part arrived 1 day later than promised due to some MUSLIM FESTIVAL that they omitted to mention. It was the wrong part so I had to pay 6:50p to return it. I was assured I would receive a FULL REFUND. I phoned to inquire when the refund would be in my account. An ASIAN person informed me it would take 5 working days to put it in. How so, when it takes 30 seconds to take it out. A few days later, on checking my bank account I saw they had refunded 26:40p which I can only assume was minus postage but I had incurred expenses of 6:50p on returning the wrong part. So am I expected to pay 43:64p and receive 26:40p for their mistake and still needing this part? My advice:- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ?

My treatment was appalling! I bought a part from them using PayPal and as the website said up to three days I thought it would be with me today. It is not and nor will it be. I was told they had been calling me to ask about colour (I am not bothered - I can respray the part). A blatant lie, they did not call. I am disabled and due to my work it is vital that my calls are logged and transcribed. I said there was no record of any calls. The first Asian gentleman told me this was because they called from a landline and they don't show. ALL my calls show. I asked why they did not message me via the Breaker Link site I used to contact them. Another Asian gentleman was unintelligible with his excuse. I asked why, having paid 45 courier fees, the part could not be sent Next Day service (as having researched courier fees the part would have cost 12.95 - 17.00 when collected from a collection point and delivered next day with 3 different companies) but again I was shouted down and spoken over. I can't say anything good about my experience with F1 Breakers. They are a shower.
