Tried booking at car at 12:15pm on a Saturday online. Booked for a pick up at Preston at 16:00. Paid online. Got an email 15 mins later saying that they can't hire me the car as they close at 13:00. So no car yet they have still charged me 287.90 which I now have to wait 2 to 20 working days to get back. Absolutely fuming. Avoid these like the plague/ covid.

Speak to Chance. He's the man. Unable to meet my original booking due to technical issues with the car, replaced with a better vehicle which I decided to keep for 38 days (live in Oman so bigger is better !!) Chance was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Credit to Europcar. See you next time.

Awful. Do Not Use. Booked a van. Arrived to pick up at correct time. Branch not open! No one available on the phone. Truly awful. Europcar main number no help. Incurred loads of extra costs on missed travel booking. Just awful.

Had a booking to collect a car at 9am for a weekend away. At 8:40 they called to say they didn't have any cars available other than a Fiat 500, which just wasn't suitable for my needs. Don't waste your time!! I ended going with enterprise instead.
