Excellent service from the body centre, ho hassle, just kept informed how things were going when necessary. My car was collected from my home address by a very polite young man and when I went to pick it up following repair, the team were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the service and repair, which I was. My car was beautifully washed, cleaned and polished and brought to the door for me to drive away in. First class service and support. Thanks all :)

Great service and very friendly and professional staff. Couldn't fault the service I have received recently. I was kept informed at every stage of the process from identifying the route cause of the problem, right through to completion by John. I would certainly recommend this dealership. I believe Evans Halshaw on the Docks could learn an awful lot from the body shop in terms of customer service and approach to customer satisfaction. Its a Well Done from me. Great work on my Ford Focus. We had an accident which meant the cars 'face' needed replacing including the bonnet. The rest of the car was OK. Evans Halshaw Body Centre were excellent. They loaned us a courtesy car and completed the work in just one week. The quality in matching the colour to the rest of the car is brilliant. My advice, particularly if you have a Ford car, demand from your insurer it goes to a Ford dealer - Not a Ford Approved Dealer.

This garage had my car in for repair for 2 weeks when the car came back ot had scratches still on the bonnet and in the bumper which had been re sprayed. They took it back to buff the scratches out and then returned the car, on receipt of the keys the lad told me owe your front tyres are down you need to put some air in them. I drive my car 200 metres up the road and the exhaust falls off and they deny any responsibility for this saying they haven't touched it. This is a Mercedes with 24 thousand miles on the clock and never missed a beat and never had any issues like this before. Seems a bit funny but this garage say it's nothing to do with them and I'm left with a car needing recovery and another repair cost. Also just noticed headlights have moisture in them and on closer inspection have scratches on the lenses and the drivers side headlight is not secure properly. Scratches still visible on bonnet even after 2 attempts at repair. The response to this message is correct and is being dealt with by my insurer which shouldn't be the case in the first place. They have denied and lied to me over the issues. Told me my car hadn't been on ramps then 2 days later it has been on ramps. Spoke down to me in quite an aggressive manner telling me to get my vehicle inspected and they want to know when and where because he will be attending the inspection. Not a problem to me as these are all legitimate issues I've had since getting my car back.
Would not recommend at all !!. Took my car to have the door repaired last September they decided to put a skin on rather than replace the door , ended up going back several times as the repair work wasn't done correctly even to the point the door started to rust after a few months ! The door still isn't right as it hasn't been fitted correctly there is a gap and I can hear the wind coming through , I will now have to take it else where to get it repaired as I have absolutely no faith in getting it sorted here and quite frankly I'm fed up of keep taking it back !!
