First time dealing with Evans Halshaw and I cannot express enough how smooth and reliable the service was. I was given such an excellent experience by Mark Swindells, who carefully talked me through the whole process, provided me with excellent videos and details of my vehicle. I've been driving my new 2018 Mercedes A-Class 180 SE for almost a week now and I am absolutely in love with it. Personally I feel I would not have purchased if it weren't for Mark's customer service and guidance. He should definitely be given recognition for his amazing hard work. I can confidently say that from now on, I shall be purchasing all my future vehicles from Evans Halshaw from now on (Hopefully with Mark in future!). Unbeatable service and prices hands down!

Wish I'd looked at the reviews that have been posted before purchasing. The sales process is smooth, easy and friendly. The problems start after you have taken delivery and they have got your money and there are any problems with the vehicle. The service department don't answer the phone and forward it to a call centre who cannot help you. They cancelled two appointments with no notice or apologies. A 6 months old problem is still not resolved. Communication is so poor. They just can't be bothered to help. Pity I cannot give 0 stars I will never buy from them again. I will find somewhere else to service the vehicle even for warranty issues as I don't trust them.
