Well if I could give 5 stars for ignoring a lone customer waiting at the service desk 5 out of 5 this branch is the winner. Do you teach staff to ignore the presence of customers or avoid eye contact? Well done. Company car so no choice. Been rude to me previously . Salesman asked for me to go back with my husband to discuss the possible purchase.so let's say at rather go to halfords and buy a bike. Oh got a Nissan instead!

Rubbish Service from their Customer Service Advisor. Never gets back to you or returns call backs. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Very poor service. When trying to get through always being redirected and then told they too busy. I give up!!

Terrible. Booked in twice, was quoted. Got the van on the stand and suddenly the price doubled. Ring you at 5 to keep the van overnight with no extra warning. Wouldn't go back. Your reply is a joke, I emailed your customer services afterwards and you ignored me.
