I would like to clarify a previous review; Mr Turner did ring me soon after my initial call and said he would ring the following week. My comment referred to the fact that he did not. He has since rung me to explain the backlog of work he had had. I have accepted his explanation and would be happy to use his services in the future, having probably solved the problem with the gutter. I have deleted my previous comment.
