Excellent service from start to finish! Sofa delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected! Fantastic communication throughout. Phil and Steve the delivery drivers were an absolute god send. They moved our old sofa and love seat into the garage, and set up the new one in quick time. Great guys and a perfect end to the purchase. Would definitely order from Fabb Preston in the future. 10/10

Had my two leather sofas delivered this morning, by an exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional John and Phil. They rang 30 minutes before arriving, and helped me with the old sofa into the garage. They covered my living room carpet with protective covers which I was extremely pleased about, as my cream carpet had just been cleaned. I can't recommend the whole experience more highly, from the advice we received in the store, at Preston, to now sitting on two beautiful sofas. Will be singing your praises to all my friends and family, thank you.
Friendly staff. There is ample parking, or if you are traveling by bus the bus stops are close. Large selection of sofas which can be tailored to your own requirements. (We opted for electric recliners with built-in USB ports). There is a good choice of leather and fabric and your sofas can be upholstered in two tone if you wish.
Great store, plenty of space to walk around and browse the beautiful range of sofas and settings. Sam has been particularly helpful!
Lovely store, friendly staff and so many settee' s to chose from. Ordered one and expected to wait 8 weeks but came much sooner. Love it and the delivery men ste and phil were friendly and got the settee and chair in my room.
Nice place with a good range of sofas, and sales people who do no harass you and let you browse at your own pace
Went a few days ago after seeing their advert on TV, no pushy sales people, big selection of sofas on display with some deliver now offers, but the best thing was the sale - most sofas had 100 off, which may not seem a lot but the price and quality matched or bettered stores like DFS who always seem to have a 50% off sale!
