This was a last minute booking, couple of days notice but very organised. Contacted the day before leaving and the day travelling back.the car we travelled in was comfortable and immaculate, Could not say a bad word and will definitely be using them again.

Will never use again. This was our 3rd time using .Paid for a estate car which would take 4 passengers 2 hand luggage cases and 4 cases. Arrived back at Manchester with said cases and they would not fit in the car.I dont blame the driver as he was sent by the company and we were not allowed to have cases inside as he could get fined by police for overloading the car. We had to get a family member to come and collect a member of our party . Contacted the owner and he blamed me for ordering wrong size of car despite the fact that he took us to the airport so he knew what luggage we had. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Driver arrived 15 mins before expected which is usually welcomed however after banging on the front door at 5am in the morning, we was told to hurry up as he had already picked up family members who he told we were still in bed. (We were ready just locking up suitcases). Very ignorant driver. I said I was hot and he unusually turned up the heating bearing in mind there is no way he could not have heard me as I was sat next to him in the front. On the return, he was huffing and puffing and saying rather rudely we had to load our own bags. He then said he had a stomach operation which fair enough, however there was no reason to ask rudely and abruptly. He seemed more interested in his cardigan in the boot more than the families cases. Other than that, the minibus was clean and timing great, it was just the actions of this driver which disappointed us.

We have used this family taxi business for a few years now. I can honestly say, reliable, on time and reasonably priced. Very easy to deal with, I would recommend to all people wanting a hassle free start to their holiday.
