I've been going to Gem's for over 10 years as they are one of very few hairdressers that offer the application of hair colour with a spatula. Excellent friendly service at very reasonable prices.
Had my hair cut today by Zoe. It's awful, she cut too much off, totally ignored the picture I showed her so my hair is nothing like what I wanted and 2 inches shorter than I wanted. She blasted it with the hairdryer, didn't use any heat protection product so I have hair in worse condition than when I went in. I feel very sad especially as I paid 30 for this mess. When I said this isn't what I asked for she really wasn't interested or seemed to care. I won't go back and do not recommend this stylist.
