A warm and welcoming facility in a great location. All the staff are really nice to deal with and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The consultants on site were excellent and very friendly which is very reassuring. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

Arrived for my 18:10 appointment promptly at 17:50 was waiting till 18:45 and no sign of going in to see specialist. Patients seem to be going in then sent back into the waiting rooms. I went to see the receptionist who seemed a bit nervous when I politely questioned her on the wait. She said I’m really sorry we are running behind you will have to ring the Royal Preston for another appointment. Why don’t patients get told when they go in or alternatively have the waiting time displayed in the waiting room. The NHS has failed me again here I’m afraid booking too many patients in at once clogs system causing patients to have to wait well after their appointment time. If I become another heart attack statistic then it’s you guys who I will hold responsible. If I’m still here to tell the story that is.
