From first contacting Simon about our roof conversion we felt confident that we would get a good job done and we have not been disappointed. Simon and his team designed the best possible roof structure for our house. Given that this was not a straightforward conversion we were offered a reasonable price and Simon was more than happy to answer our many questions along the way. He sent a day by day schedule of how the job would proceed and this is exactly how it happened. Steve and Connor arrived on day 1 and worked solidly each day with minimal breaks and tidying the site each evening before they left. They were both hard working and worked well together. The electrician arrived on cue and completed his part. The plasterer [Scott] spent two days and was the neatest, cleanest plasterer we have ever had here! All in all we are really pleased with the end result which was completed within the timescale. Simon was in touch throughout and was always available for us to contact along the way. It has been a good experience. Thank you Simon.

The experience from start to finish with Simon, Daniel and the rest of the team has been second to none. Every stage of the project from receiving a quote, arranging a start date and the installation itself was really smooth which is hard to come across in the trades industry. The fitters worked with real efficiency and were knowledgeable when asking any questions. The project has been completed almost a week and the difference in heat retention (a cold February) is remarkable. Thanks again!

Simon and his team did a fantastic job replacing my conservatory roof. The attention to detail was impressive as was the level of service at every step of the process from initial visit, at every stage of construction, to receipt of completion documentation. The new roof has made such a difference to the comfort of the conservatory, which formerly had a state of the art glass roof, which looked great but was prone to leaking and lost heat in winter and acted like a greenhouse in summer. The temperature of the conservatory open plan living areas adjacent to it is now much more constant in colder weather. I am so pleased I decided to use this company. They surpassed expectations in their level of service and the product is absolutely excellent.

Our Guardian Roof was fitted by a company called Home Extension Systems Limited, We had numerous quotes before making a decision, and although this wasn't the cheapest quote the sales person (Simon) gave us great confidence. The fit-team were professional and tidy. We find the Guardian Warm Roof to be an awesome investment. We can no longer hear the din from outside, or if/when it starts to rain! We can watch the TV in peace and not have to wait for the thunderstorms to pass! The roof is completely different to the Polycarbonate roof we previously had fitted. it Keeps the warm air in and maintains the temperature of the house, I couldn't believe the change once this new roof was fitted. This will definitely pay for itself in the years to come. The heatwaves we have just had made no effect on the conservatory, it managed to keep a nice cool temperature within the room instead of previous stifling heat! All in all I am very happy with my purchase and wish we had done it sooner!

From the start it was clear that Simon was different from the other salesmen. He knew what he was talking about and wanted to give us the solution to what we wanted, which was an insulated pitched roof on a very oddly-shaped conservatory. No waffle, he just took measurements, went away to think about it and came back with his proposal in a couple of days - it was a clearly drawn plan of the roof showing how he'd resolve each of the many problems, and a good price. He did try to suggest that some of the things we wanted were unnecessary, but went ahead with what we asked for when we insisted. Installation took place about 10 weeks after we ordered. The installers arrived, worked their socks off for a few days and left. The electrician was next - hardly noticed him. Then the plasterer who thought he was only going to plaster the roof, but we'd decided we wanted the walls plastered too - no problem, although obviously we did have to pay for the additional day's work. Then the electrician again and a completed roof and fresh walls. A couple of weeks to let the plaster dry and we were able to decorate. There were a very few minor problems, but we got in touch with Simon and all were sorted very quickly. We love the new conservatory. It looks much more spacious and airy. It is really comfortable and hasn't needed any additional building work. When he showed us the roof plans, we insisted on having roof windows, which he thought unnecessary. He was right. We think they just complicate the design and the decoration, without adding significant light. The whole experience has been positive. I would recommend Guardian Roofs and Simon as the contractor to my best friends.

Just recently had a guardian roof system fitted to the conservatory that was already fitted to my house when I bought it. Had considered knocking the conservatory down until I’d read about the guardian system and I couldn’t be more impressed now it’s in place! It’s now a fully functional and usable room in all weathers and I would highly recommend To anybody! Just as importantly the service the company provides is outstanding from beginning to end and the craftsmen they use are quite possibly the most professional and skilled I have seen in recent times! Great product, great company and great people!

I expected a replacement conservatory roof to be a messy job. Couldn't have been more wrong. Our newly tiled conservatory roof looks great and the guys did a fabulous job. Can't thank you enough.
