I have worked alongside and employed H&A both professionally in events and personally to protect my home and family. Never once have they let me down. They are exceptionally responsive to requests whether that be to respond urgently or just for information, advice and a quote. The staff I have come across, from senior managers to those operating on the front line are excellent. Polite, professional and approachable. They really are understanding that security in 2021 is far more about customer service than meatheads and intimidation. And they’re nailing it. Very highly recommended.
