Been using this pharmacy for a few years now, it is always quite busy but they always seem to get everything ready on time. Customer service in our experience has been above and beyond and also disability friendly.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service as when I ring this pharmacy. The staff that answer the phone are rude and unhelpful, you would expect better service considering the fact that there may actually be vulnerable people having to deal with this pharmacy!
Avoid this pharmacy like the plague which ironically you would die from before you get the prescription provided by the doctors. 4 equally brain-dead staff members on this morning handed them my slip my slip. \Sorry we can't give you these because we need to clarify with the gp\... 7 hours later I ring back up and the one gent that taken over from said morons was fine to bag my prescription no problems.
Given that there was about 8-9 people working in the pharmacy this afternoon when i visited, the service was very very poor and the staff are ignorant/unprofessional and dont really want to be there, or they dont what is happening. I was told that a prescription was in stock yesterday and they said they would deliver today, but when i rang again in the morning was told that they did not have it and that i could come and collect my prescription from them to take to another pharmacy, but when i went there they said that given that one out of the two items had already been picked up that i would have to go back to the doctor to get another prescription. Then the pharmacist came back after around 15mins of me waiting and said that they had an alternative that they could give to me which left me waiting again.
Worse ever service by staff and they are still operational. Once you tell them something they don't even bothered just will let you know that they are working on it but actually nobody is working on it. So you need to ring them again and again and tell them the problem from beginning and from there it starts again. But if you are lucky enough then may be your problem will be solve or may be you need to saty without any prescription if they fail to deliver it you really pathetic service.
