My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at this lovely salon. We were due to get married on 29th August, but due to Covid, we have postponed our plans to 2021, so I wanted to book us in for a little treat... and what a treat it was! We both had the luxurious pedicure by Katie and Ella. It was amazing and so relaxing, just what we both needed. We were very impressed with how the salon and staff have dealt with the Covid situation, as everywhere was very clean and it felt a comfortable and safe environment. Huge thanks to the lovely ladies Katie and Ella who looked after us. Our feet feel amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and would highly recommend Heaven on Earth Hair & Beauty Spa xx

Went for a cut and style with Kirsty and absolutely blown away by service here. Every single staff member I encountered was so attentive and friendly. The salon are also clearly taking the Covid regulations seriously and managed to make me feel safe but also made sure the experience was still very enjoyable. Very impressed with the creative ways they made sure both staff and clients were protected. Kirsty put so much time and effort into giving me the best cut and style possible. Genuinely one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Highly recommend. Thanks so much to all the girls!

My partner booked me in for a last minute after ribby hall was too busy to pick up the phone...service excellent,being mask exempt i tought it will be a problem,but they accommodated me just as well.not really good with names,so cant remember the young ladys name.i was greeted at the door,had to put my belongings into a plastic bag,but it stayed with me all the time(i suppose standard procedure in these sad days) after filling short health n safety survey i was taken to the room which was nicely candle lit,i went for pregnancy full body massage . Personnel was very polite n i felt like m in heaven.having really bad back i felt refreshed and walked out without any pains or aches.even my partner agreed that i seemed more relaxed after the massage.thank you very much and merry Christmas!

I had my hair coloured here, as my usual salon couldn't fit me in, due to catching up with Covid appointments. The salon is very professional, but the price for a blow-dry is ridiculous and they are charging city centre prices for a non-city centre location. I had to pay 25 for my hair to be blow dried following a half head of foils and this was with one of the junior stylists too !! Very pricey if you have to have your hair coloured every 6 weeks, like I do! They do offer a loyalty discount card, but this is only 10% off the colour (only), which isn't much (or 20% off colour on certain days).
