Jane Hughes

J has looked after my 96 year old aunt D for some 7 months and I cannot praise her and Helping Hands enough. D looks forward to her morning calls to assist with washing and dressing and speaks about J as a “meeting of minds” friend. This is especially gratifying as D has not always been an easy person to deliver care for in the past and it is a huge relief to have someone to provide practical help. My husband and I are D’s only relatives at hand so carry the full burden of looking after her and ,thus, J has proved invaluable. I know I can rely on her to highlight any issues which D may not tell me herself. To be honest J is one of the things keeping Doris happy and safe in her own home without the grey cloud of a care home hanging over her. Thank you to all at Helping Hands

had a home app they came out filled some forms paper work in left me a un signed contract said theyd be in touch to sort the home visits not heard diddly since from them no replies to left messages and 3 emails no follow up after taking away my personal details including copies of my meds and all health issues to then just get blanked by them just not very professional at all..
