It's ok. Just a bit mishmash how everything is laid out so kind of puts me of. Especially the Childrens section

I love the clothes but, their customer service is a bit lacking. Stood for 10-15 minutes in a queue with one server. People bringing items back for refunds. Eventually, a call out prompted another assistant to help. They have a poor attitude and didn't apologise for the waiting. Its not asking a lot for a bit of common courtesy surely. It's like this in a lot of retail right now. I guess they may have lost enthusiasm due to falling high street sales and job losses due to covid. Still, its work and comes with the territory.

One of my personal favourite clothing shop. I was looking for a similar dress of my daughter's dress but luckily I got it from H&M. It ended up like mom and daughter dress and I was very much happy for it. H&M never disappoints me if I go for shopping. And the price is also very reasonable.

The service at this store is actually well below par and unfriendly including Alexander that honestly looked like he had no desire or want to be there. If you don’t like retail get out and find something you like rather than make my experience horrible walking out of this store, was in there mid last week. No smile and looked like it hurt him to greet and acknowledge me.........NEXT!!!
