Amazing letting agents to rent a property through. It was the first time I had ever rented alone and they made everything easy and comfortable for me. Am sad to say they are no longer my letting agents as I have moved on to another property but would recommend Holdens to anybody. Thank you for everything, it has meant a lot to me!
I thought I'd use this company and see it for myself how they provide their service. I can only share my own experience and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with their service. The negotiator who dealt with my property was Shafique and from start to finish he had provided me with an excellent service. Highly recommend this company.
I had had a terrible service from a larger estate agent after they centralised. I decided to look for a local agent that was a small concern that could give me a better, more personal service and was local. Holden's was recommended by a friend who bought and now rents out a property so I decided to give them ago. I have not been disappointed. I had just bought a new build to rent out and Holden's managed everything with respect to the marketing of my property. They found me a tenant within a couple of weeks. I was particularly impressed with the inventory which was detailed, including referenced photographs, and far in advance of anything generated by other agents. I dealt mainly with Jo and she responded very quickly to my emails. Even when she was off, other agents responded quickly and knew exactly where we were up to. I am very impressed with the service so far. In fact I am so impressed that I am now going to ask them to manage my other rental property. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.
I can't thank Holden's enough for the last couple of years. From day one when I met Tracy up until today with Jo - it has been a first class service from start to finish and I would recommend Holdens to everyone. Thank you again Holden's :)
