Not a fan of this shop at all... one girl in particular liked to \play doctor\ with all the customers. At one occasion she managed to diagnose me with some weird stuff I've never heard about and I consider myself to be pretty savvy when it comes to my health... though I've not seen her for some time, hopefully she doesn't work there anymore as I am sure she did not have any qualifications to diagnose people and to scaremonger them into purchasing 10 different supplements at extortionate prices... the regular staff always look grumpy, different people will tell you different info about when you can and when you can't use your points, it's just a mess... At one point, I was told my a member a staff that I can't pay for my shopping with my points because I must use them all at once, and was told to add another 8 worth of shopping to which I obviously say o thank you\. Then, a couple of weeks later I was told that I can only use my points from a certain date?! But every other time I use my points with no problem or such stupid issues... Although I find that, at this store particularly, if you ask to pay with your points you always get into a debate with the till staff... you always need to remind them that you CAN use your points...
