Highly recommended! Efficient and professional service from start to end. Sharon was great at providing us with a prompt response to our enquiry, she provided all the survey options available with the quotations but she also went the extra mile in researching our property a little to offer a recommendation on which survey would best suit our needs. We went for the Full Building Survey Report (FBS) as recommended. Sharon, without prompt, even took care of booking the survey with the estate agent which I thought was excellent. Salvo completed the survey on the day specified and the full 68 page, detailed report was in my inbox 4 days later! Excellent service! The report was extremely informative and detailed, easy to understand and the use of the traffic light system really helps, instantly we knew we had our work cut out! The pictures in the report are great for reference points and really help you to understand the issues. Salvo did a great job of providing a thorough report and the approximate costs really help with getting a gauge on the budget. Thanks again for a great service!
