Rude staffs and poor to no customer service. when you ask for help/assistance they act like they are doing you a favour rather than theyre job. Dont live here, there are better options.

Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They make you feel really at home when living there, especially at this time due to covid and set up different events for you to take part in. Really happy that I chose to stay at trinity. Rooms are very nice, comfortable and great size. Would highly recommend for any students looking for accommodation.

I moved to Trinity Student Village in September and I couldn't recommend it more for student accommodation ! The staff completely make you feel at home and are so friendly, especially Christine who is always there to help or for any enquiries. Trinity are constantly trying to lift spirits, and go the extra mile to give residents goody bags and decorate during holidays. The rooms are a good size, including an en suite, lots of storage and a double bed !!

This is my 3rd year living here and I have been impressed and pleased with the staff and the running of the accommodation. All staff are friendly, polite and will help you with anything. Problems that I have had, have been quickly and effectively resolved with minimum inconvenience. I am pleased with their response to Covid-19, protecting both staff and students. I would recommend this accommodation to future students.

lovely staff always so welcoming especially Christine! they are always going out of there way to make sure we feel supported and safe especially with everything happening with covid right now. the rooms are very good and for a reasonable price however if there is naything wrong with the room they have an app you can report it on and it gets sorted striaght away within that week. it is also in the perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the centre and all the shops and the aldi! I am overall very happy with the flat and choosing to stay here , would highly recomend!
