Can't speak highly enough of this firm. Steven came to do the annual sweep of our chimney today during lockdown. His COVID procedures were just perfect - used a mask, asked us to stay away from his entry and exit route, arranged safe method for payment, sanitised everything he touched before leaving and then advised us to ventilate the room for ten minutes when he left. It doesn't get better than that. Stephen is honest and ethical. He even suggested that we could leave the sweep for two years (not one) because the build up inside the chimney wasn't too bad. We're really glad to have found him (he was recommended to us). Just read the website too - lot's of useful information. Very professional indeed.

Steven Howard is a master sweep. He is by far the best sweep I have ever used. He is very professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable. He keeps up to date with equipment and techniques. He is also very friendly and will freely give quality advice when asked. Steven provides a high quality stove sweeping service that I would recommend to anybody.
Fantastic and friendly service from a very experienced tradesman. Reasonably priced, the work was very efficient and we got tips on how to get better performance from our stove. Highly recommended
