Howedns Preston Lancashire: made initial inquiry to the team by phone, very friendly teams and they booked a home visit that I wanted. Arif attended the home visiting for design and quotation on time. I actually met Arif when he worked in B&Q. He was brilliant, professional and very approachable. He has a great listening skills and aims to achieve the customer’s desired design and budget. Arif was particularly great when making recommendations to reduce cost or to achieve a better sale - he certainly performs on both side without the pressure added to the customer. He has honestly been excellent from start to finish and I can only say The department has recruited the right guy for the job. Text messages and inquiries were dealt without delay and if there are any delays he has always provide me reason for this. As for the rest of the team, they have all be brilliant. I rang to make change one day prior to delivery date, this was done without any difficulties, question or added cost. And they have coffee ready to be served - can’t find that in b and q ! Overall, job welldone to all, it won’t be my last stop. Thank you all.
