I was spoken to by Paul in the most discusting manner in my own home when he brought a new television to put on the wall for me. He denied that I had discussed what I wanted with his dad in the shop earlier in the week. After his complete disrespect and manner towards me I told him to take the telly back . I did get my money back but will never step foot in the shop again. I Had been a regular customer for some time but will not be spoken to in such a way by someone so obnoxious.
