Had to see the dermatologist Nurse today and got to say the level of service I received from Carol Abbott was above and beyond excellent. She was caring compassionate and really wanted to help me. Why can’t all in the medical profession be like Carol. You have got a diamond on your staff with Carol Also the receptionist on entering was nice and the receptionist on the desk upstairs plus the other nurse upstairs as well. Well done guys

Absolutely shambles of a surgery. The fact of it having actually having trained doctors is an understatement. Trainee doctors who have no clue or experience to help patients. \ Take paracetamol you will be okay \ thats their advice to you. No help or care. If you want proper care ring the hospital is what their answer is for you. Pathetic service.

Nurse came last week to take bloods from me at home, Later in the week I got a text message saying Doctor will phone to give results of tests, The Doctor that phoned was probably a trainee doctor because she had No idea I had been in hospital due to chest infections and had Loads of tests, Scans CT scans etc etc Yet said i needed To have them all again! After I told her i have had All the test she quoted she said she would speak to Dr. Patel and Then phone me...I am still waiting for a phone call but know i won't get one, It is a Totally useless exercise using the trainee Doctors because they no not what/who they are talking about!! It's happened a few times and I am Disgusted with the lack of information give!! My Name is Leslie Whinn!!
