A massive thankyou for coming to my rescue. Joe is amazing at what he does. Having had a leak in my home which was in a downstairs bathroom behind a tiled wall. I never knew how big a job it was. I could not believe that I had to have floors lifted carpets and flooring taken up, beds & furniture moved my house practically turned upside down to get to the leak. I was so worried about what state I would be left in but I need not have worried. Joe talked me through every step, drew diagrams to show me how everything worked found the leak isolated it and repaired it. He even put the bed back up and cleaned up behind him. Such a friendly, kind and helpful young man I will never use anyone else. Thanks you so much. Highly recommended
