JHeapFit is a great place to get fit, lose weight and change your lifestyle for the better! Jonny is a very encouraging, motivational personal trainer and has definitely helped me get back on my feet, increase my fitness levels and lose weight after a knee injury! I would 100% recommend this company for anybody who is looking for a personal trainer :)

Jheap fit is a very professional and knowledgeable set up. Jonny is extremely dedicated to the fitness industry and is always thirsty for knowledge and information which shows in his sessions, both 1-2-1 and group bootcamps, and with his dietary advice and meal plans. He is a very friendly and approachable person and I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting help with losing (or gaining) weight and improving their fitness.
