Best sandwich bar in preston. Staff are lovely and accommodating will always cater for your needs. Young staff are polite and very willing to learn. Recommend this shop to anyone. Best bacon and egg barn ever

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! I stumbled upon J's by chance a few months ago. Looking for breakfast to satisfy my inhuman like eating habits. I was not disappointed. To quote my late great mother the breakfasts are "To die for" ever since I took the first bite of my sandwich, I was hooked and knew that there is no other place to eat that will surpass the quality at J's. And what can I say about the staff!? The ladies are always full of beans, always have smiles on their faces and always willing to go out of their way to make sure your experience is great. And with that #WednesdayClub was born! See you next week!

When a customer goes into a shop to buy something at 13:45 and the shop closes at 14:30, asking for a bacon sandwich, the staff left in charge need to reply better than, "not at this time you can't!" One seemed more intent on checking her mobile phone but both thought the reply was humorous and laughed! Perhaps they need reminding that customers are the sole purpose of their business? There's a subtle difference between friendliness and over familiarity. I would respectfully urge the owner to explain the purpose of their business to unenlightened junior staff and the value of being respectful to customers who have chosen their place of business to spend their money. Won't be buying there again because manners cost nothing. Bad manners cost a business money. The one star is a reflection of the manner in which they decided treated a customer on this occasion as they thought it better to have a laugh rather than seriously deal with a customer.
