I have worked for JT Care homes LTD for 11 Years, I have been the Manager for the past 6 and a half years. During my time as a Manager I feel that I have built a strong team and myself and all staff have a very strong and good relationship with all residents we care for and they are made to feel as part of a family. Myself and the staff are very committed and understand this is their home and they are treated with Dignity and Respect and cared for with a Person Centred Approach. Myself and staff are willing to go above and beyond and give up their own time to ensure the resident's fulfil their wishes and dreams and lead as a filling a life as they are able. During my time with JT Care Homes I have 100% support from the Directors and other managers. We pride ourselves with the high standard of training that we offer all staff thus ensuring that all our staff are trained to a very high standard, enabling them to offer the best care and support for the resident they care for.

I've been working for this company a few years ago when I came in UK for the first time I must admit that for me in 18 months was a good knowledge and improvement in my career in health sector. The staff it's friendly and helpful.
I have been a staff member for JT Care homes for the past 9 and half years, I originally worked for JT Care homes as a Domestic for 3 and a half years, my Manager saw the potential in me to become a Care Assistant over the last 6 years I have been fully supported and encouraged by my Manager, the directors and my other colleagues to fulfil the potential they could see in me. Within these 6 years I have completed my NVQ level 2 and NVQ level 3. I came onto care as a full time Care Assistant 6 years ago and I am now a Stand in Senior which I thoroughly enjoy. I feel like I am part of a family, this includes all my colleagues and residents I care for and the support I have received whilst working for JT Care Homes is given to all staff members and residents, our team is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the safety and well being of the residents we care for and the staff we work with, our aim is to ensure that the residents we care for lead a fulfilling a life as possible and are always cared for and treated with respect and dignity ensuring their choices are met at all times.
I have been a carer at the home for 4 years the post by RD is total nonsense the staff and manager always ensure that the residents are cared for equally and they have a excellent quality of life. There are numerous activities that take place such as singers, themed days trips out plus we have an excellent wellbeing programme such as oomph sport, choir etc.
Toxic atmosphere to work there,staff very unfriendly!
