We were really disappointed with Julian’s work. He came to our property a few months ago because our digital televisions were pixelatingHe fitted a new aerial and splitters costing us 200 The next day we had to have him back as all out televisions lost their signals again. He charged us another call out fee which was surprising as the job was a fixed price originally. We have just had to have another engineer out to repair his work which in his opinion was sub standard. We have had to pay out a lot of money again. I would not recommend him at all as his work was in the engineers words very poor.
A decent job fixing 4 TVs to the walls with sound bar and fitting external aerial. However not very professional. I had to make multiple phone calls to get time of visit after confirming date. Almost 2 hours late to arrive for the job. Had to be reminded to use shoe protectors, marks left on new furniture, deep scratch on recently decorated wall, marks on wallpaper, dust left from drilling holes and loft insulation left disturbed. Julian did offer to put the mark on the wall right on another day but I decided to do myself.
Excellent service 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone. No faults at all in price, service, quality of work or advice. Would definitely use them again.

Just getting around to this review. Extremely disappointed with Julian. More than 20 Rosemary roof tiles broken unnecessarily, as he could easily have accessed the chimney from the front placing a short cat ladder on the south side of my roof. He tested the TV cable instead of the satellite cable, told me I needed a new dish so I paid for one. He only realised at the end of the job when he tested the new satellite dish and cable that he had been testing the TV cable all along. He ran over past 5.30 pm and began to rush, leaving some of his tools on the veranda which I assume he returned to collect. Installing the dish, he knocked my TV aerial out which no longer works . He wanted 140.00 to come back and put a new TV aerial up. I suppose he will satisfy those who live in a bog-standard Barrett or Redrow new-build, but I'm afraid my experience has been wholly negative. Reflecting over 4 decades, I can count on one hand the times I have complained as a customer about inferior work by trades-people.
