We booked a session from 4 until 5pm. The briefing was supposed to commence at 3.55pm but they strict want to start it until they'd booked some late arrivals in. 4.10pm and we still hadn't been briefed. Some of the kids there were very excited and shouted very loudly over the member of staff whose response was "the more you shout the less time you'll have to play". Fair enough but my daughter was patiently waiting and we had a long journey home after the session. The brief has started but then stopped by another member of staff who said more customers had arrived and to wait. After asking if she could just go through the brief for us explaining the distance we had to travel and how we had other commitments that evening she thankfully agreed. We were informed there's plenty of staff in there to help and show the kids what to do. Three members of staff were by the till, you had to hunt for other staff who were working on the floor though. The equipment was quite basic compared to other businesses, some of hand held pegs were missing, there was no pole to move the rings and no steps to stand on for smaller children or those who can't jump. A place we won't personally visit again but you may like it if you've never taken your kids to other adventure course.

It could be really good, but unfortunately the organisation let it down badly. The high ropes course was really badly organised so my kids spent longer waiting to go on this than actually playing in the equipment. At least 20 minutes of the session was spent queueing for the high ropes. The entire thing wasn't supervised so you couldn't do anything without other kids running Infront. Some of the equipment had safety netting with holes in that didnt feel safe.

Great place, really friendly staff. Food is lovely. Just a shame its time limited as its such fun for the kids

Good place for older children (7) my girls really enjoyed burning of their excess energy there this Easter half term. There is also a VR zone which obviously I had to go on. The price was very reasonable 10 per child for an hour play. There is also a food area with a little soft play section which was ideal as it allowed the baby to play while the older ones went on the assault course.

A1* My sons 9th Birthday party was fantastic. Every child had a good time. Even my husband. Very good value and the best goodie bags around.

This review is long overdue! In July I organised a surprise birthday party here for 10 people here. And the staff were so amazingly accommodating and helped the surprise reveal go really smoothly. The staff were all so friendly and fun in completing/ participating in the course with us and giving us tips on how to complete them. We all really enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back. There's a great range of obstacles for children and adults. I'd really recommend the place and would like to thank the staff for being so great.

Excellent place for kids to enjoy and burn their energy. Good variation of activities to keep them going for a whole hour.
