V.Good service when I arranged the new lease of a nice C3 including full service pack. But then following the last service I had on my C3 I noticed a small crack on the touch screen. I was informed that this did not happen during the service which I find very hard to believe as I know that I did not damage it. I was informed that the screen is not covered by my plan and I would have to pay for the repair myself. The screen cost over 800 NOT including any labour! The screen was ordered and paid for and to their credit it arrived the very same day (this is 5 star service! And the reason why I have given 3stars not 1!).

Ross Freedman is why I'm writing this review. Not only do I work in the same industry as Ross but currently and heavily involved in 'What does superlative customer experience look like with my Brand' My wife likes the Citroen brand and over the past 5 days have been trying to buy a car. Simply enough right? Wrong.... I have disappointingly discovered! Had a cheaper on-line lease deal in the bag but experience and history has taught me to find the right garage and deal with a person and not a computer online deal. Please can this feedback land on the DP/GM desk as Ross made my enquiry very easy. Attentive, Professional, knowledgeable and above all.... passionate for his Brand and company he works for. 10/10 and very impressed. Would highly recommend.
