K&M were referred by our insurer for a leak in the boiler which left us with no heating or hot water in minus zero temperatures this week! The business called me out of hours to reassure we had an appointment to assess the problem. Arrived on a Saturday and determined the issue quickly there and then. Ordered a part and came back to complete the job on the Monday, 2 days earlier than expected. 100% recommended from us! Thank you.

K and M are very very poor. I had an issue with my heating system which was incorrectly diagnosed. The engineer which came out to me just looked at it and said that's the faulty part without doing any further troubleshooting or diagnostics. A second and different engineer came with the replacement part 5 DAYS later! The engineer was a different one and had the wrong replacement part and blamed the issues on the socket powering the unit. I had an independent electrician come to look at it who tested it and concluded that this wasn't an electrical issue. K and M then lied to me and my wife about sending another engineer out to our property to troubleshoot our heating system after discovering that it wasn't an electrical issue. We ended up with nationwide who resolved the issue with no parts required, just a faulty wiring with a part on the heating system. K and M should not be used and their attitude and attention to detail is very very poor and unprofessional. Do not use. I only had the unpleasant experience of this company due to my insurer.

Used this company for roofing through my AXA insurance policy ... They told me we cant get out to you today and it will be in about 9 days . Booked me in for 29th Jan. I spoke to Jenny by the way. 29 th Jan comes along I phone them and ask are you coming today only to be told we put in a random date in our system bla bla bla and we cant come today. They then go on to say we have a backlog .. why the hell book me in for the 29th

This company is used in the North West for British Gas Glass, Locks, Roof, Pest cover, via AXA Home Emergency. I had an issue with a leak in my roof. Took 4 months for this 'emergency' to make any progress. Internal damage worsened. Eventually I sorted it myself. Formal complaint against them upheld. Check all call-out fees before having anyone out (over 100 to be told i needed scaffolding - which I had already told them beforehand). Never had such a poor, drawn out, frustrating level of service. Two roofing companies, 4 months, hundreds of , on top of the premiums. Save yourself months of hassle and go somewhere else.

Great service, had no heating or hot water called our insurance, K and M came out the next day. Think the engineer was called Dan, sorted it within 20mins. Great service.
