Over 2 years since reporting a highways speed reminder sign (near to a school) that is damaged beyond repair. Chased countless times, escalated and complained about in a formal manner. Passed from pillar to post, even fobbed off by the complaints team. No regulation or accountability, it’s disgusting that they can continue to operate in the way they do.

Absolutely shocking repair work done to potholes they just lob some tarmac in lightly stamp on it and leave. These usually last a month or so. They need to be cut out and done properly and sealant put round the edges to stop them getting worse. Gotto be one of the most useless councils ever!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called this morning about a parking penalty I didn't even know about from months ago. The woman was argumentative with me, and everytime I tried to speak she spoke over me. I told her to let me speak and she made out like I was being rude to her! Unbelievable. If I spoke to the customers in my job the way she spoke to me I'd have been sacked. Sort your staff out.

First reported a serious threat to pedestrians on 12.11.19 no response. Called again on 16.12 19 put in an official complaint and told I would get a call back within 2 days no response. Called again 20.12 19 told I would get a call back the same day no response. Called again 7.1.20 told that it would be escalated and I would receive a call back within 2 days. Obviously a risk to peoples lives is not taken very seriously by City Deal or the Highways Office Preston.
