My phone battery is about to die but I just had to come on here and write a review for this company. I have been looking for the past couple of months now into a functional rhinoplasty that will help my breathing problem and have not been satisfied with any other company’s answers. When I typed in any rhinoplastys near me, the top 5 were a full five stars so considering their reviews, I thought to give them a call. While polite, the people on the phone clearly had no experience in the field of what I wanted to get done therefore were providing very vague information without actually addressing the reason behind my decision. The calls lasted about a minute max and I came across this company as a last resort. As they say, save the best to last and boy was this true. Whilst this company is not heavily advertised as the rest who have probably payed thousands of pounds in advertising to be at the top of the list, this company outdid the rest!!! I spoke to a lovely bloke called Marcus who definitely needs a pay rise!! He was so polite, helpful and provided me extremely important and beneficial information. Despite our age difference, I was treated with respect and kindness. Marcus knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me reassurance for this surgery. He asked me if I had any questions and we spoke for about a good 50 minutes on call. If you are looking for any place to get any cosmetic surgery done, this is definitely the place!! The surgeon that Marcus recommended to me was one of the most qualified surgeons in the country. I’m not one to write reviews at all but I just had to for this company because it was genuinely one of the best on-call experiences I ever had!!
