This is a real quaint farmhouse b&b with wonderful views. The hostess Pat is extremely accomodating and provides a wonderful breakfast. It's so good it's my second stop here!!

i was just looking for Larbreck Farmhouse phone number as saw the 3 star rating. I was surprised. I have been to this place many times. There are many regulars. It is a cosy comfortable very clean place with a wonderful breakfast. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The bed and the lovely cotten sheets are great. Biscuits and jellybabies as snacks. A lounge downstairs with some drinks you can have with donations. I wish other places were like this.
